The Menu

Whilst traditional flavours such as fruit cake and Victoria sponge are still firm favourites for a wedding cake, there are now many, many more options to choose from. My menu offers an array of different flavours for you to choose from. If you’re ordering a tiered cake, why not have a different flavour for each tier?

Each tier contains 4 layers of delicious cake layered with my light and airy swiss meringue buttercream and various tasty conserves. All of my fondant iced cakes have a layer of white chocolate ganache underneath the icing for stability and to aid that smooth, crisp finish.

CARROT & PECAN
Carrot & pecan cake filled with orange buttercream

INDULGENT BELGIAN CHOCOLATE
Rich chocolate cake filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream

LEMON & BLUEBERRY
Zesty lemon and blueberry sponge layered with lemon buttercream & zingy lemon curd

WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY
Fresh raspberry sponge layered with white chocolate buttercream & raspberry conserve

RICH RED VELVET
Red velvet cake filled with white chocolate buttercream

BLACK FOREST
Rich chocolate cake layered with vanilla buttercream & black cherry conserve

SALTED CARAMEL
Caramel sponge layered with salted caramel sauce & caramel buttercream

ALMOND & CHERRY
Almond sponge layered with almond buttercream & Morello cherry conserve

CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT
Rich chocolate cake filled with chocolate & hazelnut buttercream

Please be advised that all of my cakes are baked in an environment where nuts may be present and so are not suitable for any one that has a nut allergy. All allergens are stated at point of order and are re-iterated on the day of delivery.
Most flavours can be made gluten free or dairy free, please just ask.

My delicious biscuits are a beautiful and tasty treat, They make the perfect addition to any dessert table for a wedding or other celebration, and can be customised to suit the style and theme of your day.

Or why not use them as a tasty wedding favour for your guests? Stamped with their name, they can also double up as a stylish place card. Each biscuit is individually wrapped and tied with ribbon to match your table.
