The Menu
Whilst traditional flavours such as fruit cake and Victoria sponge are still firm favourites for a wedding cake, there are now many, many more options to choose from. My menu offers an array of different flavours for you to choose from. If you’re ordering a tiered cake, why not have a different flavour for each tier?
Each tier contains 4 layers of delicious cake layered with my light and airy swiss meringue buttercream and various tasty conserves. All of my fondant iced cakes have a layer of white chocolate ganache underneath the icing for stability and to aid that smooth, crisp finish.
